EDGE concave pads...

I don't know about Egde pads but i had the LC VC pads before my dive in to EDGEDOM and I fell no change in splatter at all. I think it a time/experance thing...

I found that the LCM pads do if you A)keep the pad flat and B) apply the product to the concaved part of the pad.

That pretty much applies to all the pads.;) I didn't see a difference and as mentioned above, I think it has more to do with experience and technique.

FWIW, I have never tried the concave pads, BUT I don't really get splatter with the rotary. I use 6" meguiars pads (mostly) and use just enough polish to lubricate the pad for the small area that I am buffing. When I do get splatter, it's really like "slubs" of polish, that just let's me know that my pad is loaded.

IMO, most splatter issues can be remedied by using less polish and by placing the polish in the center of the pad. At least that helps me.

if you watch the Meg's video - just see how the detailer picks up the product. That is all there is to it. If I can do it - you can do it.
