Eagle one Car wash question ???

I went to buy some eagle one wet car wash (the red stuff) and cant seem to

find the red Car wash anywhere. But I was able to find a blue eagle one car

wash, Is this the same stuff or the new and improved version. I have read many

good reviews on the red stuff. And would like to try it



P.S. what car wash will leave slickest finish

The wash itself isn't really going to leave your paint "slick". It's all about what you have done to the surface. Most importantly how did you prep, and then what LSP did you use. Choosing a car wash that is gentle yet effective is the key to maintaining the "slickness" that you give to your paint.
 
the new blue version has now replaced the red, and for a good otc car wash that leaves a slick finish... megs gc works pretty well.

I've been looking for the red one myself. I looked everywhere and the only place that still had it is "The Napa Store". You might want to give them a try.
 
Its like the E1 A2Z wheel cleaner (orange bottle) is also the same as All wheel and tire cleaner (silver bottle). (at least it seems that way, same product #) I was looking for the A2Z for quite a while and found the other stuff but never A2Z untill just recently and when I compared they both have the same product #.
 
Bring this back up I have a question. Is the EO wet red bottle good cause I work for Advance Auto parts and we have some in stock. Is it better then Megs GC or about the same? I get a discount either way but I remembered this thread when I spotted it on our shelves.

from my experience, i don't really care for the old red formula. the new blue formula works better and i actually was going to quit using their car wash all together, until i tried it.
 
I have tried Eagle car wash and I don't much care for it. It is low in sudsing and doesn't perform well. IMO......I like TOL car wash best or second choice would be McGuire's....Spay a litlle QD in bucket....Or now I have a foam gun I just mix a little QD in with it.
 
i hated the EO red version, i have not used the blue



my favorite OTC washes are NXT, meg's deep crystal(i think thas the name), and duragloss 901 (from carquest)



duragloss is the best out of those by far though
 
Hmmm, hard for me to compare, I really dont experiment with washes like other products. I find one I like and pretty much stay with it....I used a sample of the NXT, and it was nice. Lots of suds and lubricity. I find the EO just as good.... :nixweiss
