If the ghost is because the paint underneath the emblems is a bit darker, nothing that I know of. If you are talking about adhesive, you can use some Goo Gone and then a polish.
Sometimes if the sticker or badge has stayed on too long, it'll etch into the top coat causing a dip on the paint... Can't cure that without wetsanding
