i searched and googled on this...maybe i'm missing the obvious, but...
i have a meg's 6" backing plate with the self-centering cylinder in the middle. i just got the meg's soft-buff pads to try out that also have the alignment hole in the center of them. the problem is still centering the pads! is there something i'm missing to using this "super easy self-centering system"? since i can't see the pad's centering cutout to line it up with the backing plate's cylinder, it's usually off by a bit.
please pass on the trick to this...i am sure it has to be easy.
