Autopian pets? Let's see 'em!

Daisy Duke, an original English Bulldog. About 9 years old, aka Daisy, Dukie, the little Dukie, Duker. She has stumpy little legs, crooked as the dickens, and I was just thinking that the trailer of Jessica Simpson as Daisy Duke, doing the western dance in her little cutoffs and boots, didn't look anything like my little Daisy Duke. Mind you, my Daisy is about 800 lbs. overweight.

She likes to watch TV and bark at any 4 legged animals (and Robert Goulet) she sees on TV. Many have commented that she has a personality only a mother could love.

She loves amateur detailing and especially loves Zaino with Souveran on top for depth. OK, Ok, ok, truth be known, she sleeps a lot.

Max and Setec, you guys are funny, he was actually manufactured in a GM assembly plant and they put the Chevy badges on him. lol We named him Chevy when we first got him because we were real die hard Chevy family (Camaro, Suburban, Chevelle, El Camino), still are a Chevy family, just a little more diverse. ;)

Here is a pic of my Green Cheek Conure and his peanut. his name is Marcell. we named him that becuase he is very animated and he looks like he is always trying to tell us something .

Corey, what kind of fish is Emilio? Obviously some type of cichlid, but I've never seen one with that dorsal fin pattern.

And what else is in there? A guppy?

Oh yeah, Gertrude looks...a little stiff. Have you seen her move lately? :)

Don't want to speak for Corey, but I'm fairly positive the yellow fish he has is a Labidochromis caeruleus...otherwise known as an "electric yellow" or "yellow lab". African cichlid from Lake Malawi. I've got about 40 of em if you count the babies :up

Forgot about this thread. I'll see if I can get some pictures of my "kids" up...

Here are our children. Lucy (left) and Oscar (right).

They were both rescues and are the most wonderful pet/companion/family member you could ever imagine!

We saved Lucy from the Schnauzer rescue of Baton Rouge and I found Oscar at a local facility where he was about to be put to sleep :(

Then I have about 100 other 'kids' of the aquatic variety.

110g display tank

55g display tank

and a 20g "growout" tank for all the babies that are made in the 2 big tanks

Awesome aquarium setup! I just have a 30g and a 20g right now (fish in 30g, baby snapping turtle in 20g), but someday I want a 100g+ tank.

What's in the lower right corner of the last pic? Looks like a cory?

Synodontis Petricola. I've got 3 of em in that tank with the babies. Trying to fatten em up enough to put them in with the big guys. I need about 3 more of em though...they do much better in groups.

Did I miss it in this thread somewhere??? What kind of fish you keep?

BTW: I only have that 110g tank because I virtually stole it from a guy...$200 bucks for the whole setup...tank, stand, lights, 3 filters, 2 heaters, some decorations...pretty much everything but water and fish. :getdown

Yeah I just noticed yesterday that I didn't post any pics of the tanks. The position of the tanks near the window combined with the poor lighting inside make for some difficulty when taking pics of the fish. If I turn the overhead lights on, the fish usually just scramble for cover and you can't see them anyway.

I'll see if I can snap some pics, or find some on my computer.
