The Karma Fisker, the first vehicle from the Karma brand. the Fisker was founded by Henrik Fisker and Bernhard Koehler. With over 51 years of combined experience in the automotive world. In 2007 the Fisker Automotive was born. The introduction of the world's first premium hybrid electric vehicle, the Karma Fisker.
The design was inspired by the muscular grace of a cheetah and the teams inspiration were also led by the understanding of the principles of order, and the harmony op opposing structures, textures and elements.
The powerplant of this machine is incredible, this beast produces 956 lb/ft instantly at 0 rpm.....The Karma EVer power management system utilizes the lithium-ion battery system in conjunction with the 2.0 liter 260 hp 4 cylinder direction injection motor, producing 0-60 in 6.3 seconds and top speed of 125 mph
This vehicle was introduced to the stable last week, it was given a few funny looks by the man of the garage the Aventador but soon enough he found his spot.
I invited Eric down to help a hand on the latest toy. We was supposed to be working on it in the morning but the mirrors decided they didnt want to open so, it was either, they picked it up and fixed it and be brought back by the end of the day, or it went in the lake :lol or traded........obviously they came running straight away, we finally started work around 10pm.
The vehicle was pretty clean when it arrived, so quick inspection soon brought out the flaws
The Diamond Dust paint is the first water based paint to feature recycled glass.
First on hand was the wheel P21s Wheel cleaner was used, a PH balanced cleaner is safe for all kinds of wheels
Eric jumped in with an assortment of wheel brushes
After the wheels were taken care of a pre-rinse to knock off any debris, I promise im not using a flame thrower for the pre-rinse :chuckle:
A quick rinse of the powerplant knock of some pollen
Eric then foamed the car down with a mixture of dawn, CG citrus wash, this was left to dwell for several minutes to help break down and loosen any debris
After the car was left to sit, a 2 bucket wash with 100% sheep skin mitt was done
A final rinse, then the car was brought inside to dry
There was some evil eyes when the Fisker first poked its head in, but soon enough it was welcomed
Eric then went ahead and taped up the trim. He had a wonderful audience
We went around the car inspecting the paint, with LED and brinkman
This car is huge in person, very aggressive front end
Sonax Paint Cleaner was used on the Silver.
There was a deep scratch in the hood, so we got Eric suited up and brought out the sand paper and Surbuff
Flex with the 4 inch attachment was used on the roof and door pillars
Thats what we're looking for, Eric one of the best in the business, always a pleasure to work with

After the car was polished i went around just to blow any dust out the cracks, it was nearling 3 am by this time
A quick vac and wipe down of the interior, the wood piece on the center console is from California forest fire
Eric then applied Opti Seal, bringing out the glass sparkle in the paint
The solar panel roofs keeps the air conditioning running while you are away from the car,
