Here are some early pics of this massive job which has lasted the last 4 days and it will be delivered tommorrow. 2 days of paint correction and 2 days of laying the coatings which there are 6 coats of 9H and 2 coats of Light.

I like the before and after of the bottle ;) (I know this is two products). Seriously though, 8 coats? It needs that many coats to get it where you want it? Is it up to two years protection per coat? I'm not sure what kind of statement that makes about the product. So much for doing the old two-step.

That is a very good question. As in the Ceramic Pro 9H videos where the finish is being hit with a lighter and no damage was being caused there was 6 coats of 9H and 2 coats of Light. Since the clients stated that they wanted the maximum protection since they were keeping this large truck since it pulls their 5th Wheel. After showing them a demo of the lighter strike test in our showroom on the demo hood they were sold and wanted it on their truck.

9H is a perm coating and Light lasts up to 2 years. Since Ceramic Pro Light is just like Gtechniq Exo V2 as a top coat or stand alone I used 2 coats for max coverage in case of any missed little spots and to add to the hydrophobic protection and slipperiness that I was used to from Gtechniq Exo V2 that I have very good success when I used that fine product.

I had to do a 2 step correction to correct and polish the paint since it did have a decent amount of swirls and haze. I will have more pics coming since it has been in the shop for the past 4 days and it has not seen the light of day since the weather has been crappy and it snowed last night so the coatings have been curing in the shop at 75 degs.
