Yesterday I washed my daughter's 2007 Mini Cooper, then used paint clay with Griot's Speed Shine. I buffed on Wolfgang's DP Sealant and after 45 minutes, used a microfiber cloth on the car. Unfortunately 4 hours late she took off with the car. We live in south Florida, and the car went through our usual heavy afternoon thunderstorms before the recommended 12 hour time for the sealant to bond with the paint.
What is the proper thing to do now. Is the Wolfgang Paint sealant washed off? Do I have to take it off? My original pln was to use Pinnicle Carnuba wax after the 12 hour bonding period.
