Window Tint

Hi guys,


 


Does anyone know if side walk chalk scratches tinted windows?  My kid decided to write on the inside of my window with window chalk, and before I attempt to remove it, I wanted to get some advice on which product to use to do so.


 


Anyway, I know that window tint is scratch resistant, but thought I'd ask some of your pros.

That stuffs like a rock. I'm guessing it's scratched. Not sure what to use to remove it. Sorry

JLH81- Welcome to Autopia!


 


I'd really soak the tint with a tint-safe window cleaner and use a damp, and very fluffy towel, trying to not rub the abrasive chalk into the tint film any more than you have to.  IMO it's just one of those "how lucky are you?" kind of things.


 


Heh heh, I trust you've, uhm....educated your offspring about this sort of thing ;)
