Will this power washer work with a foam gun?

Short answer, no. The guns only require a hose hookup and are incompatible with any sort of pressure washer.

The cannons (which is what Superbee has and what you're probably thinking about) are around 150 bucks, and hook up to a pressure washer. Unfortunately, they require a quick-disconnect style hookup, and hooking them up to a sub-$200 pressure washer requires a hard to find adapter (any sort of pressure washer that's made of plastic uses what's called a Karcher-style or bayonet-style hookup).

Those cheapie pressure washers are not bad to have (I have a plastic 1600psi that I use for rims, wheel wells, and my undercarriage), but if you want the big foam cannon setup, it's going to cost you at least 450 to put it together.

My advice would be to spend the money on a Gilmour gun instead - they're 50 bucks, hook up to a hose, and work like a charm. I use one religiously and have not been able to justify the extra money for a foam cannon (yeah the thicker foam looks nice, but I get almost zero marring as it is) .

What kind of foam gun are you talking about? Something like the AG foam gun? You dont use those with a pressure washer.

He probably means a foam cannon like the Cam Spray not a foam gun like those sold at AG and other places.

Go to the store and see how the wands attach to the gun. If they screw on then yes the foam cannon should attach. If it's some kind of push down and twist attachment system then you'll need to replace the gun (and likely also the hose) in order to get the foam cannon to attach. The replacement parts will run you roughly $65.

I bought my foam cannon at the same place Superbee got his. It was $80 not $150. If he bought this PW for $40 then he could have a foam cannon setup for about $185 total.

I think he is talking about a foam lance. Most electric pressure washers do not work with a foam lance.

It needs to have ends like this where you can change out the wands:

i just went to target, the pressure washer is 80 here.

and to put a foam gun on it you either need to buy a wand and hose adapter or buy a karcher to 1/4" adapter.
