tool is Duetto with 6inch all four rupes colored pads and the mf cutting disc as well.
Also have hydrotech all three different ones

I'm not looking for perfect this is not for pay and I am under time restraints.

Yet to try out ssr2 or pro polish but will be trying BF UC on the rupes yellow pad first for sure. And then same on the tangerine ht pad.

What do you all think?

I will post pics later on after I start testing.

generally, you can polish decals but use a very mild product, do it by hand in a test spot first then only on slower speeds. far as OP's question, don't have enough experience with the PB line to help you.

Since is not mine I will definitely yield on the caution side with the decals. Thanks for the heads up.
I never had any issues with the decal on my srt, though. Perhaps blackhole instead on it.

well they don't look matte, so I wouldn't sweat it too much

I'm still bettin that pws with an med aggressive pad will do a great job for a 1 step
just got that feeling (since car is white)

I'm just going out on a limb here. I think the paint is hard.
Not sure about that but I have had plenty of hours practicing on my own challenger paint. Except its black and this is white and 4 years newer so I guess I will find out soon enough.

Gonna try pws and cyan ht pad
Then pws and tangerine

thats rupes yellow pad and bf uc which cut better than pws on ht tangerine and cyan pads...and those pads are really difficult to take off the duetto for some reason.

Theres still swirls there, it really needs a solid 2 step but this is going to have do for now.
I can shed a good layer of the swirls out for now and bring this SRTs paint back to some respectable level.

I may try pws and rupes green here soon but my rupes green pads shred like crazy for some reason.

Pics are hard to come by right now only one of my halogens are working correctly.

Ended up trying pws and the rupes green pad and liked it the best.

Both green pads ended up going flat and also shred all over the place. I even used polishing pad conditioner spray on them first. And the back of the pad damn near melted into my backing pad velcro. None of my other rupes pads have this issue which seems heat related.

I don't know what I did with these pads but the first one did this and so did the brand new unused second one-but it lasted longer. I had to finish both quarter panels with a ht cyan pad. I don't think I will be using these green pads anymore.

Compared to my 09 metallic black srt this 13 white srt paint was definitely harder to cut into.

We put EXP on and sat it for 30 mins min then removed.

Windshield got polished and coated with Black Label Glass Coating.

Going to do another layer of EXP tomorrow morning if I can wake myself up in time. Been a long night, definitely glad that Duetto is so light and smooth. It makes polishing enjoyable and makes me want one of its big brothers to play with.

Ron I couldn't get a good enough shot but theres still a decent amount of swirls left but it sure made a drastic improvement

For a one step, it did it's job well.

If you're going to keep doing one steps that are that bad, maybe look into d151 reconditioning crème. Has LOTS more cut.

But as I said, this did it's job did very well

I primarily use 1 steps for most of my details (weekend warrior) and the following work excellent for me depending on paint condition (in case you are considering trying something new):
Sonax ex4/6
Scholl concepts s20 black
Menzerna pf2500/3in1
Scholl concepts s3 xxl (hard paints)
