What's the best auto wash/shampoo?

I currently use Zaino Z1 and really like it. Now this is NOT for my customer cars that I usually use CG Citrus Wash on...this is for my own cars that are nearly always clean an well prepped and protected.

The resaon I want something other than Zaino is because I'm always buying it when I need products from other places that don't sell Zaino. So I'm paying the shipping for just the Zaino wash, making it quite expensive.

So I'm looking for a wash/shampoo that sudsy, slick, and easy to use. What's everybody using for this type of application?

I like the Citrus Wash & Gloss for dirt and grime, as it work well, but it doesn't have a lot of lubricity or slickness, which I like from the Zaino.

huh, ime it has good lubricity, but to each his own. maybe dg 901 soap then. if you do some looking theres more than a few threads about this. good luck

Echoing some others, Megs Gold class for an OTC option, Duragloss and Optimum make some mighty fine soaps as well - really slick, pretty nice cleaning ability on both.

DP Extreme Foam meets your sudsy, slick, and easy criteria. It works in the bucket and in the foam gun equally well.

I've tried plenty of car wash/shampoos, and still haven't found anything better than 1Z's Perls.

It doesn't suds much though, but that does NOT mean that it isn't very slick. Not an OTC item, but you can buy it next time your order from one of the other online vendors.
