Tire brush/cleaner? Need recommendations

Look for recommendations on a tire, not wheel/rim, cleaner and brush. How are the brushes at Walmart, Target and Autozone? What should I use besides the brush to clean?



The tires just have tire shine on them and was never really cleaned off before applying again over time, no browning.
 
For a tire cleaner, Hi-Temp's Tire Cleaner is the way to go. Cheap (2 gallons for $25 at TOL last time I checked) and it dilutes 1:1.



For tires, I am still on my first Meguiar's Tire Brush, literally cleaned thousands upon thousands of tires and still performs 100%, unfortunately Meg's discontinued it IIRC.
