Are there any chain stores out there where I can pick up a extractor and misc. tools and supplies?

Harbor Freight sells alot of detailing related tools. But without knowing your location it will be hard to tell you. Not all chain stores are nationwide.

Welcome to the site what part of the country / world are you in?

I have found that janitorial supply houses can be useful..You may also have a local detail supplier ask your local car dealership who they are using for supplies
