i've got the weathershield, and found that i too was getting water underneath....but it was from the seams.
i went to my local camp store, bought a soft tent sealer and sealed the seams. this helped alot.
not perfect in the rain, but are any?
noah seems to be the 2nd choice after weathershield for most, and the noah is far from waterproof.
noah though has two things going for it:
it's thicker (quilted) and will handle the occ. falling branch or bump from an inconsiderate person . it's also heavier because of the quilting and will handle the wind better.
the weathershild is a great choice, but the wind really tosses it around at times......
