just a warning- the bulbs that come with these burn out extremely quickly and the overall build quality of these is sketchy. Be careful. I have 3 sets and the tripods all broke/are somehow not functioning.

i have 4 of these and i have taken 2 of them back about 5 times each cause they wont stay up. store tried telling me it was the way i put it together so i had them assemble a pair in the store and they did not stay up either. just becareful. remember you get what you pay for

I have these and they have been working fine. I find that alot of people say the lights go out right away, just make sure you do not touch the halogen lamp when installing it. Use a tissue or something to hold it, the oils from you skin will cause the bulb to blow out prematurely.

I ended up doing just that. They had to do a price adjustment at the register.

nice. i wonder what the deal is because the two that they have listed on their site appear to be the same accept the one is $19.99 and the other is like $32.xx or something like that.

We used these at my command in San Diego and they withstood a fair share of abuse from the military. We popped a few bulbs but again, they got beat up sometimes. As far as the quick release slides and stuff, never had a problem. They have my vote, I'm gonna go pick up one tomorrow.
