Pinnacle Liquid Souveran Wax

I will let the pictures do the review :thewave:

Sticker on top to tell us it’s the new formula.

This stuff is Thick!!! Yet applies thin, and didn't get absorbed in the pad like many sealants do. I only loaded the pad twice to do the whole CRV.

Also to show everyone, you don’t need a DA to apply this. Just get a 4 inch pad and a velcro Carand handle.

After letting it haze for 20 mins I removed it. I hate removing a hazed nuba.. But this stuff was a whole different ball game; it came off easy as my sealants. Almost as easy as BFWD and Megs finishing Wax, so defiantly a plus!!!

Letting it haze.

The finish!!!

The finish is super slick; the shine is deep and warm. Also I like to note never have I seen the metallic paint flakes pop like this with a liquid nuba wax.

The prep on my wife’s car was straight forward; I washed with D114 rinseless, and used BF TPnS to clean the paint. If the paint needed a deeper cleaning I would have went with DG501. This is the only winter prep my wifes car will get. Overall I am really impressed with this Nuba, easy to apply and remove. One 16 oz bottle should last 30 or so application.

The wheels are coated with Pinnacle Black Onyx tire dressing and windows with Pinnacle Glasscoat sealant.

Great review Dhaval. Love the tip on the Carrand applicator and a 4 inch pad. Now I have a new use for mine :)

great write up there dhaval. you're right, it does make the metal flake in your paint stand out and the finish is outstanding. if blackfire came out with it's own liquid wax, i think this would be it. :bigups

Steve I was thinking the same, if BF had a liquid wax.....

Excellent review, your car looks great! Liquid Souveran is the premium liquid carnauba in my experience.

Nice review.

I will be interested in the durability personally. Since I don't have a garage only show car that only get driven once a month or so durability still kinda matters. Although I want to try it, this is the main reason I have never gotten Souveran paste.

Hey Troy, since I am in Charleston WV I should have similar weather as you. I will update you on durability.

Is beading and sheeting the only non-scientific test?

As I saw water beading tonight on the cars I wanted to give some final thoughts, after five months this wax has done a heck of a job through the WV winter. Like I said in the first post of this thread, this was the only winter prep the CRV got for the paint. I believe I did total of 2 waterless/rinseless washes over winter. Other than using the Liquid Souveran spray wax two weeks ago nothing else has been done to the CRV. I also used this wax on my TL over BFCS(only tested for 3 month) and held up quite well but I also tried different products in-between.

In short this stuff works! and works great!

Thank you for the update, impressive indeed in all respects :bigups

i agree dhaval, this is great stuff. it's definitely my go to liquid wax now, but i'm still waiting for blackfire to develop their own ms liquid wax. :bigups

i found this wax a couple of years ago and loved it on a silver amg. it rocks on metallics. bought a gallon in fact. still have lots left but use it on quick daily drivers that need some pop. love your reviews.

I ordered some detailing products last summer and received a sample of Liquid Souveran with my order. So impressed with it that I ordered a bottle. Use it only on my classic, which is garaged, and only goes out to cruises & shows.
