Question about headlight restoration kit

What is the best and affordable brand out there that can treat headlight scratches too?



I found 3M restoration kit, Detail King kit, etc. But I don't know which one works the best. Could you guys help me? I'm a noob on this one.
 
Megs plast-x works great. Just remember to work it until the polish breaks down. I've been finding that m105 works wonders on headlights too.
 
I searched this forum but I found nothing that is close to my headlight condition. I took some pictures. It looks disgusting.











Do you think meguiar brand can restore my headlight?
