Jeff seems to be a part of a group of smaller detailing product companies who recognize how important excellent customer service is. David of Optimum, Everett of Clearkote and Steve of Poorboy's respond in a similar fashion. :)
 
The benchmark was set by Sal Zaino. From Day 1 one could also e-mail or call Sal about his products any day of the week. :bow

Nice to see others have discovered the importance in being able to talk directly to the Man. :xyxthumbs
 
I have recently talked to Sal. He doesn't hesitate to tell you to give him a call any time. He wants you to be satisfied and wants his users to use the products properly. PLus he seems to tell it ike it is!! :woot:
