I use Eagle One (click here) for exhaust tips and heavy duty chrome bumpers on 1980's American cars (like my old Buick Electra!)
This stuff is cheap and works wonders on exhaust tips. Never fails; even the worst cases.

I use P21s metal polish on my wheels and exhaust. It seems to come up great ! And the Klasse twins and P21s on the paint.
