plastic headlights polish & glass polish ?

What is the best product to use on polishing plastic headlights,they're not dull yet, but i want to keep them shiny.

also, whats the best product to use/polish the windshield/windows on a car to keep them from getting things/bugs stuck on them. i want something like when i wax my car, the bugs and stuff wash off easier.
