PBMG Customer Service

Setec, my bloated comment was in reference to overlapping product lines, not number of employees
Oh, sorry. Yeah, it was a little redundant, but they did pick up Blackfire from CMA, which was kind of their Wolfgang line, and of course M37, which went off on its own. Some of the individual lines had an awful lot of similar products.

The mat cleaner was a post-revamp product, but it seems to be totally gone, not just out of stock. Eldo over at AG noticed their Complete Leather product is no longer available in gallons and you can only order it from AG whereas other stuff can still be found at Amazon.

I like the fact none of those brands have jumped on some of the latest bandwagons to hit the industry, but I am surprised to see they haven't done any formula upgrades in a long time. I think the changes to the polish/compound was the last update Blackfire made around the time the product line was re-branded.

Didn't they take the original Detailer's Pro (DP) and another product line (started with a "X") to make M37 originally? Then when Bob sold the company and left with M37, PBMG brought back DP...only it's not as good. At least the products I've tried.

What was that other one, XMT? Yes, I think you're right, DP became M37 and then DP was brought back after the split.
