Paint correction in Southern CT?

Like the title says any detailers that do paint correction in and or around Southern CT? Im about 10 minutes from Bridgeport and am wondering if anyone around here corrects paint. I have a 2001 Trans Am WS6 that has some imperfections. Being that it is navy blue metallic everything shows. Was considering buying a PC and experimenting on my own but wanted to see if anyone was local. Looking at the cost between everything I need vs. a professional with experience. Let me know. Thanks in advance.

If you figured it out already great. If not, I live in Stratford, and have all the gear so to speak. I got into detailing when I owned my cobra, and still have the stuff. You can come demo the tools and product if you are a DIY... Explicit details has a good rep, so if you want to pay someone, I'm sure he's worth the money.
