All About The Bling Bling
Alright so i'm looking to add another piece of equipment to my business to make things easier.

I'm looking at these ozone machines. I know nothing about them and very little about how they work. I been looking for a day or so at them online. I've seen some that run about 200 and some that are well over $1000. And all of them have different running specs.

Does anyone here have one that can give me some hands on info about these things? Or even if you've used one before let me know about it.

One more thing, how well are these things at removing the odors? Can i guarantee the removel of the odor with this thing, Or is it like a 90% removel rate?

thanks in advance.

thanks charles. I didn't even think to search it, been a long day lol.

Got a better idea from that thread but now i'm worried about causing damage to the interior and harm to myself. And now i'm confused with what style i should get, i guess theres 2 different styles?

Still could use a rundown about these machines from someone who uses one alot.

I use one of these at the dealersip. Theyre great for removing odor and killing meldew and bacteria. For really really bad odors you will have to use it a couple times and even then its not a garuntee it will come out but it will deff be much better. One i use is you put the machine on top of a car(towel underneath) then run a hose through a window and its seal around the edges with foam. Run for 4 hours at a time and repeat if necessary. I think theyre deff worth the money, ours was about $800 with our discount from out supplier.

no doubt an ozone generator can kill air odor......but after a day or so some odors will come back, correct me if iam wrong but the ozone generator kills the smell in the air but it doesnt suck out the odor in the interior carpet and seats? to get the full effect of the ozone generator it would have to stay on all the time in the car.......i would not buy one, however when it works they produce a ridiculously clean smell

Ozone Generators for food processing, water treatment, and odor removal - Ozone water treatment, groundwater remediation is where I researched ozone, and also purchased my unit last year. Things to consider when buying one are air flow (CFM,) ozone output (PPM / Mg/hr,) and type (UV or Corona Discharge.)

UV is a beam of light which changes the O2 into O3, an unstable molecule that kills bacteria and other foul odor giving substances. Corona Discharge is like a mini lightening bolt with air flowing over it doing the same thing to the oxygen molecules. I wouldn't buy one from a supplier, all the ones they have (that I've seen) have no specs, and are more expensive than the unit I purchased, which I know works excellent, and fast.

Cool, thanks for the link. I've been reading and researching but still can't decide on what to buy.

Which model is it that you have from that site?
