Sep 15, 2004 #2 D Demon Detailer New member Yes, Baby oil will work on certain types of tree sap. But, it won't work on all types of tree sap. It's the same with Isopropyl Alcohol. (The stuff they put on your arm before they give you a shot). It will work on certain types of tree sap too.
