New Suspension Pics

Today I had the opportunity to spend the day with James at Carv2 Power Addition (carv2.com) in Newport, Delaware to complete some of the suspension upgrades for my 300zx.

For those of you that don't know Carv2 hosted our East Coast Z Assocation meet last week.

First off I want to say that I have never been in an automotive shop that was as clean and well kept as Carv2. The level of customer service and care that my car received today is unmatched. James was extremely maticulous with everything that was done to my car.

I had alot of time to work on the car while it was on the lift. My HRE's got a complete polish and I had the chance to polish and clean the exhaust to get ready for the show season.

Upgrades:

SPL Chrome Rear Upper Arms

Powertrix Powdercoated Yellow Adjustable Rear Toe Rods

Various Chromed Suspension bolts

All I need now is a alignment and I should be ready to go:

I am very impressed with the Powertrix.com suspension parts. Even the tech doing the install commented how well they were made. I also have a set of Powertrix chrome front tension rods that will need to be installed at some point.

Charles Park is the owner and I have some of his other dress up parts on my car (grounding kit, radiator cooling panels). Awesome guy and great service...:up

Bowens99gt No they are not ceramic coated. I completely polished the exhaust before I put it on. I had alot of time to work on the car while it was on the lift yesterday (surprised the shop let me do that). My HRE's got a fulll and complete polish (rear were taken off-front done on car). WOW...does that ever save on your back and bending over.

I was able to clean up the wheel wells with Griots undercarriage spray after the tech finished and I was able to give the exhaust a coat of metal polish....:woot:

Needless to say I kinda crashed when I got home. The car was trailered down and by the time I got everything put away I was beat. I hate driving in rush hour traffic when you tow...

Its a Stillen exhaust..I love it. Nice sound and not loud or raspy. Just slightly louder than stock...:up

Doh! I was tired and on sinus meds. I should have noticed that. Beautiful car and unbelievable undercarriage detailing!!!

Wow, to sexy! I'm a huge fan of the 90's Z cars. I used to own a black 91 TT. Loved that car and still miss it sometimes. What kind of power are you making NA on your car?
