Detailing Gnosis
I purchased a 16oz bottle from Phil at DD. The DD image showed a squirt top but mine had a pump.
Cost: $9.99 excluding discounts
Dilution is listed as 1 to 2 ounces per bucket so I used 1 ounce to 3 gallons. In the Camspray foam cannon, I used 1.5 ounces to 10 ounces. I used it all on the vehicle.
It was a nice day to wash except for the sun so stayed in the shade. I foamed then washed without removing the foam.
Observations:
1. Color - Blue
2. Scent - Berry? (reminds me of Optimum) - liked it a lot
3. Viscosity - gel but did not seem to be as thick as the pink Adams soap
4. Cleaning - the truck was not that dirty so not much of a test but no complaints
5. Suds in bucket - moderate, not as much as I had expected. It seems less than the pink version.
6. Suds with foam cannon - great at the dilution I used. The suds stayed on the paint for a long time. LSP was degraded so that is a variable
7. Rinsing - very good
8. Lubricity - first reaction is that it did not feel as slick as Adams pink but jury is out until I use it more.
Conclusions: It smells great and worked well in the foam cannon. I need to do a couple more washes to assess how I really like it in the bucket but I really liked the Adams pink soap. This seems a bit thinner at the dilution I used but it much better than Chem Guys Honeydew for general experience.
FYI. For some reason I had to remove all my apostrophes to post since it was being parsed as code and should have fixed the color balance.
