Need help cleaning upholstery

Ok, Finally got my boat this weekend, but I expected them to have the upholstery clean. Everything else turned out good, but the upholstery looks bad. Everyone else says it looks fine, but i don't think so and its driving me crazy. Not sure what it is but in some areas the tiny little cracks look dirty, and in some spots it looks like the dirt was smeared, but i can seem to get it off. I have tried ARO diluted 3:1 and i tried tilex mold and mildew, both with some type of scrub bad that is not supposed to scratch. I also tried it was a soft and medium bristle brush. Next i was thinking about some Clorox/detergent/water mix, but wanted some opinions first. Any help is much appreciated!

From the pics, it just looks like old stained mildew.

I've had excellent experiences with Tuff Stuff, available at O'Reilly's and Advance.

But I can't say I've had serious mildew like you have.

You have to try BLACKFIRE Interior Cleaner, will safely and effectively clean all interior surfaces, replacing alot of cleaners out there, give it a shot and don't forget your member discount of 10% off.

I do not do boats anymore, but when I did Amazing roll off did work in these cases. A stiff bristle brush and patience will be required as this is mildew for sure(put your nose close to the affected areas and you will be able to smell it) spray, scrub and rinse well so there are no high and low spots on the color of the seats.

Good luck with the job.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I will stop at the store on the way down to the boat and pick up the tuff stuff in a few days and see how it works. It think if that doesn't work i may have to try a bleach solution.

I also tried some purple power diluted 4:1 and a stiff brush... This stuff is tough.... :banghead:

I tried the ARO (amazing rol off) with a scrub pad and a bristle brush, both soft and stiff with no results, but i had it diluted 3 or 4:1. Did you used to use it straight? Should i try it straight?

Thanks again everyone for you help. :banghead::banghead::banghead:

For bad mildew yes 1.1 will be needed.
