I really hate to do an incomplete Click & Brag, but I have no good before shots of my car. This was an exterior detail only, interior to follow in the next day or so. And, to top everything off, when I pulled it out to get some pics in the sun, the camera broke. The pics were taken before I finished up the wheel/tires, wells and trim. So, those look like *ss.

But anyway... the pics I do have:

Washed with NXT

Clayed with Meg's Smooth Surface Clay kit

3M Perfect It II Fine Cut compound with orange pad & pc @ 4-5k opm

Meg's #9 via orange pad @ 4-5k opm (tried with white pad first, didn't touch it.. didn't need final polish after orange pad.)

Meg's #7

Meg's NXT wax.

In the next day or two, I want to follow up with another coat of NXT and a coat of the Hi-Tech Yellow.

Thoughts, suggestions?

Oh yeah... I did go through and get the lines of polish/wax residue in the crevices... thought I got them all until I uploaded the pics to the computer. :hairpull

The paint looks wet and glossy. :)

Try checking the exposure settings on your camera, those pics aren't doing your finish the justice it deserves.

Thanks! My camera took a dump on me in the middle of taking those pictures. I pulled it outside to get a few shots in the sun and see what it really looked like and the camera crapped out. It's a digital point and shoot that's about 7 years old. Time for a new one!
