I tried this stuff for the first time on my boss's Lincoln with some extremely yellowed headlights, so bad he didn't drive at night because the HL were almost useless.
I did this all by hand (with cotton terry for more bite) and with a lot of pressure and speed (not sure if it was needed though). It was fairily easy to use, much like a chrome polish or any other polish by hand and came off effortlessly. It took about 3-4 passes to get the HL to look like new again, but it still wasn't as much work as I anticapated. It also leaves a very smooth, swirl/light scratch free finish. For $6 for 8oz it is well worth it. I only used about 1/2 oz or so too, so it doesn't take too much.
Here are the pics and I think they pretty much speak for themselves.
