Looking for a better bag for carrying a Flex?

The Flex is larger than the PC so it does not fit in any of the detailing bags like those sold by Autogeek, etc. The Flex bag looks nice with the vinyl interior liner but does not look like it has many pockets for holding bottles upright or places to keep pads.

Suggestions? I want something soft sided and I saw some Stanley brand wide mouth bags but cannot see what the inside look like. The usual tool bags seen at Lowe's have no provisions. Northern Hydraulic had virtually nothing.

I love my Flex bag. I bought it after I bought my Flex and it cost around $40-$50. It only has a medium size velcro pocket which I use for extra backing plate and pad conditioner.

The bag is very sturdy - beats keeping the Flex in its original cardboard box.

I just looked at the bag, and while there are no pockets (except for 1), there's plenty of room where u can keep bottles of detail spray and polishes. Dont know if they will always stay upright but there's alot of room - probably can fit around 10 bottles.

I didnt measure the height but i put a quart of Mobil 1 oil in the bag and there was like more than one inch of clearance for the zipper to close.

I only detail my own cars during the summer & nice weekends. I use a separate Sears bag to keep my supplies in my trunk.

Again, i love this bag because of its heavy duty feel and height clerance for tall bottles.

Good luck.

I like that the Flex bag has so much room inside. I keep my pc7424 plus some pads in it along with the Flex. Only fault I can find is that the inner lining has split from where it is sewn along the top of the bag.
