LED Bulbs

Excellent Find - Thank You !!!!! I am going to get some of these just to see what they do...

I read a bunch of the reviews and only a few people had trouble with them, I assume because they were too rough on them and they are probably not as sturdy as an american equivalent, etc..

I only have purchased LED bulbs from a company named TCP (on Amazon, or at 1000bulbs.com and had great results... Costco may have then also, I have not looked though; but Costco also sells online..

I got something like this to replace the regular bulb in the one socket my garage has.

I was actually impressed with Walmart’s GReat Value line of 60 watt/equivalent LED light bulbs. The color temperature is good, not too cool/blue, but brighter than incandescent. I like that the GV bulbs are plastic and look like traditional incandescent. The light from the LED is evenly dispersed and if I didn’t know I would think they are just a really bright incandescent.

Ours didn`t age all that well, got dimmer, but the color *was* good (in the opinions of two people of a certain age ;) ). They might be different/better these days though.

every bulb in this house is great value led bulbs. I really am impressed with them. I agree fully with LEDetailing assessment of them. A nice drop in our electricity bill too, That`s over cfl`s.
