"Luck" Residue of design
I have this white camry to do this weekend and am not sure how to go about it. This white paint is chalky dry feeling, kind of like old white aluminum siding. I do not want to ruin my limited supply of pads that I have. Here's what I am thinking of doing. First using the old cheapie 6 inch R.O. polisher with a synthetic wool like bonnet with megs paint cleaner, After a good washing of course. Then using this finnessing compound that I purchased locally. hopefully then I can just wax the car and be ok. I am thinking this chalky stuff will clog up all my pads and make for a frustrating day of cleaning pads all day. If anyone has done a really bad white car like this , Please tell me your experience. Any helpfull tips would be appreciated. Thanks , Dave
