I've had two similar units. I believe you can get something similar at Lowes or Home Depot for about $30. But you can do better...
I now have a PC (Porter Cable) 7336 that I bought at Lowes for $109. But that doesn't get you any pads or backing plates. That'll cost you another $50 to $80. So cost is a down-side.
The upside of a PC versus these other buffers is that the PC actually works. I'm a newbie at detailing, but even with my limited experience I've had much better results with the PC than with those other buffers.
So what happens when the pad wears out or tears, or you need some accessory or replacement part? You can buy multiple brands, types and sizes of pads and accessories to meet various needs that fit the PC. For example, Sonus and Lake Country make a several very good pads that fit the PC. Multiple vendors have parts for the PC.
With that other buffer, about all you can get are some bonnets and a few pads. Getting spare parts might be a challenge. Try searching for a vendor that carries 10 inch pads and bonnets.
Here are several reputable vendors on line that carry the PC, pads, bonnets, accessories, and spare parts:

Am I biased? Obviously! But I'm concerned that you will buy one of those cheap buffers and quickly come to the same conclusion that I did when I bought my first two units like yours - you wasted your money.
If I may be so bold, I suggest doing what I did... Buy a the PC 7336 ($109) from Lowes and the Lake Country "Hi-Gloss Professional Pad Kit with Velcro Backing Plate" (6 inch pads) from Proper Auto Care ($59.95). This will get you started with the buffer and pads. Here the link to the 6 inch Pad Kit:

That combo worked out so well for me that I ordered the Lake Country 7.5 inch pad kit. They are supposed to be better, but do require a bit of experience.
Best of luck with your decision.

Dan.
