How to get ink out of leather?

My son got ink on our light colored leather. What are some options for getting this out. We've tried goo gone and a little bit of alcohol. Anything else?

It depends on the type of ink. WD-40 has worked well on my wife's Town and Country leather seats. A little shot on a terry towel, a few rubs and it disappears. I always wipe off the residue afterwards.

Leather Master makes a product specifically for removing ink from leather. Another option is Acetone, but use it sparingly.

A Mr. Clean Magic Eraser will get it out no problem with no negative effect on the leather. You could also use any safe cleaner with a green scour pad or a #0000 grade steel wool pad.
