Hey, how can you go wrong unless you are a "label" person.

Two countries have the mills to make microfiber cloth, Korea and China.

There are two basic difference in what ever country makes them, "percentage", as there are two, 80-20 and 70-30.

Granted, there are some, from which ever country, that are a little bit higher quality, etc, but basically a "micro-fiber is a micro fiber".

Of course there are things like the "weave", there is the "waffle weave", etc.

Little things like how the edges are sewn, etc.

All are required to have a tag on them showing country of origin and percentage of the two fibers used.

For that money, if nothing else, great for wiping down interiors, windows, etc.

I don't see how you can go wrong.

And thanks for the "heads up" as I have a buddy going down to the closest Home Depot in the morning, calling him right now to pick me up two bags.

PS, as an old guy who was working these towels over 15 years ago, am amazed at how "anal" some are regarding the towels and "what label" is on them.

I'm with Ron, its all about bulk as long as you keep them clean, and buy new ones as soon as the old ones start getting raggedy. I do keep a few "nice" microfibers for wax/polish removal.

What I have noticed with them is that they work good but after you wash them a few times they don't perform as good, I keep them to clean the door jams, wheels, etc. For the surface, I prefer a different type.

Exactly, Juan and Mark.

Heck, I can recall when one "towel" cost a detailer $2 to $5 each.

I have some that were "cheap" over 10 years ago and they still do some work for me.

Fold them into a "pad" and don't play "rub a dub" work pretty darned good.

I like to use my older ones on gel coat when I am doing boats, or jams or glass, or such.

Waste not, want not!

Seems like the price of microfibers is going progressively down, not up. Wouldn't be surprised to see more and more companies trying to out do each other in regards to quantity/price.

I've used those Home Depot towels and IMO, they are too thin. I'd say they would be ok for things like dirty wheels, jambs, etc, but I don't like using them for much else. Good price though for some towels you can mess up and just toss without worrying about how much you paid for them.
