Here is the hood right after washing with QEW. Nice shine and reflections for a 17-year-old single stage paint job last polished and waxed in mid August:

This is after going over the hood with Clearkote's Vanilla Moose. Shine and clarity have improved noticably.

Now after applying NXT Tech Wax. Gives even more wetness and a silvery shimmer:

Very nice Scott. :up

I am waiting on some Megs products as part of my sponsorship. They say they are getting ready to send our packages out with new products for 2004.

Hopefully NXT will be part of it.

Now on to the Oddessy. Here is the pic I took this past August when I sealed it with Winner's Choice Polymer Finishing Creme and Clearkote's Carnauba Moose:

I believe this is about as far a comparison as you can get since the lighting and location are the same (or at least as close as humanly possible given a 5 month time span!). This is with just NXT Tech Wax:

Rear shot:

Hood and fender reflections:

The Odessey definitely looks a little darker with the NXT.

And amen to the previous post. That Porsche hood is a mirror! If only my black car would look that good.

Scottwax, how much would you charge to do my car....in Australia :LOLOL

So Scott, are you liking the NXT wax better than the CMW?

I haven't tried them side by side yet. NXT is somewhat slicker otherwise similar look but not as user friendly (at least compared to CMW and S100) since it isn't wipe on wipe off.

I applied NXT to the Wifemobile Mazda last weekend. It was a different application experience for me, as I couldn't _see_ where the wax was going on the paint, except where it left streaks. Then I couldn't decide if the streaked areas were over-application, or that the non-streaked areas didn't get the proper coverage. As a result, I went over each section twice, so I probably used more product than I should have.

But it did indeed wipe off easier than any wax I've tried so far; and it added noticable depth to the 3 coats of SG I had applied in May. (That's right, May). I'm not holding my breath to see if NXT can hold a candle to the Klasse longetivity, but it sure seems like it will be a most excellent topper. But the real perk to me, so far, is the slickness it added to the finish. Like Scott said, it gets better over time.
