What differences like wet/deep verses clear/reflective, durability, etc.....

combo 1
vm topped with carnauba moose wax

combo 2
ssr1 topped with ex

well aside from looks durability would be the other difference now these 2 comparasions wouldnt be that much of a difference imho. id say wet deep would be aio/sg/Souveran versus clear reflective
VM/EX-P or Zaino

The VM/CMW combo is a glossier looking combination. SSR1/EX has more of a deeper and satiny look. Both are reasonably clear and reflective, but not nearly as much as replacing either LSP with a product like EX-P or UPP. I haven't conducted any side by side durability testing with CMW and EX. However, both seem to last at least a few months on garaged vehicles.

Sorry the pics are dark. It's raining, so I was in the garage.
The SSR, EX combo looks very dark, deep and wet.

Marge: You were right about the EX hiding some paint imperfections.
EX-P was more clear and reflective. EX smooths out an old speckled surface.
I think I like it.
Allot. :D

yup i would believe it does i had it onmy car from december til mid may when i got tired of trying something new on it. However it does sheet water very well all i did was wash it then qd for maitenance. I think it last longer than EX even if i qd that on a weekly basis.

CMW lasted pretty long for me. I VM/CMWed my Uncle's truck in April and it was still beading decently in August when I redid it. This truck also sits outside 24/7 and doesn't get any maintence(car washes, QDs). I know Scottwax on Autopia used CMW quite extensively and had really good durability with it. He said it was his most durable liquid wax. He also lives in TX which can play a facor in the durability. Overall I think CMW should last you a good 3 months, if not more with regular maintence(car wash & QD).
