Ok, I want to start a guide on Basic detailing steps.

Let say your about to detail a dirty black car that has a few chips and some swirl marks.

Lets start here. Please add to list or rearrange to an order you think appropriate. If you can, add what product you would use at end of description

Btw If I'm way off its because I'm a detailling newbie.



step 1: Wash car to remove old wax-- dawn dish soap.



Step 2: Clean Interior



Step 3: Repair chips and scraches as shown here



Step 4: Clay bar car --- Mothers California Gold clay bar.



Step 5: Wash car



Step 6:



Now what?
