Jun 10, 2005 #1 M maxxedout New member I cleaned my engine bay recently but I didn't want to spray my alternator? What should I do for this. I know CRC makes an electric parts cleaner, has anyone tried this? BTW this is on a 97 M3.

Jun 10, 2005 #2 B Black240SX New member Wipe down the exterior with a cloth and some solvent, such as kerosene or brake cleaner. Don't spray anything inside it.
