Cleaner vs polish

Some of the stuff I'm reading online is talking about polish like it's paint cleaner, and vice-versa. I'm trying to clarify before I work on my car tomorrow. Will I need to wait and buy a paint cleaner as well? The stuff I plan to use is:

Super Slick and Suds Car Wash

SSR2.5

EX-P

Natty's Paste Wax

If I don't need a cleaner, is this the right order to use these?

Thanks

Yes, that is the right order but if the SSR 2.5 leaves any hazing you may need a lighter polish (SSR 1) to remove it.

If your paint is not swirled you really don't need to use a harsh polish. This is where a paint cleaner should be considered. Paint cleaners are typically chemical cleaners as opposed to abrasives. A polish will also clean the paint but will remove more paint in the process. A polish is not needed more than a couple times a year depending on how your paint is treated, IMO. It is always better to achieve the results you want using the least abrasive products you can.
