All I can say is it's about damn time. I am a little sad that now I have to start taking personal responsibility for my actions though. I was this close to filing a lawsuit against Subaru for making my car so fast that I break the speed limit. Obviously they are to blame for my lead foot. lol I was really close to filing that class action against Pepsi for rotting my teeth out too. Curse them and their sugary sweet goodness. It's all their fault that I have to conciously make the choice to drop money on the counter and buy their product. Curse them for effective marketing and delicious products!! Maybe there is still time.... before too many people know about this law that is setting precedent, maybe I can fire off a couple quick lawsuits. Gotta find a lawyer....

It's bogus. People can watch their weight, they just don't want to. I understand some people have weight control issues that are hereditary, but that's a different story. I'm glad it didn't pass
 
You mean you are glad it did pass. The bill was to stop people from being able to sue restaraunts for their weight problems.

Better file a lawsuit with Budwiser before they pass a law saying you can't blame them for getting drunk off their products. lol

I'm only 18, the lawsuit wouldn't even leave my lawyers desk :-p

it happens alot in canada also. :chair: no one seems to want to take responsibility for making a stupid decision that screws up their lives. :realmad:
