is it possible to have a car sanded down to the factory paint coat and then recoated with a clear coat? someone asked me on a different thread if i had orange peel. i didnt know what it was so i looked it up and now it bugs the heck out of me. id like to wet sand my car but i have read its not a good idea on factory paint.
for those who havent seen the difference, here are some pics i found on google. amazing isnt it?
this car has a nice look, but look at the detail on the rim of the G35.

now look at the detail this one has. particularly the building. the difference is bigger than that of HDTV and regular TV!
