buying wet-sanding paper

Where do you guys buy your paper for wet-sanding? I can find the 1500 grit in Autozone, Advance auto etc..., but nothing finer than 1500 grit. I know it may not be used often, but when you do use it where do you get your sand paper at? Thanks.

Do you have an auto paint supplier in your area? one that body shops and the likes might go to?

I got mine at Pep Boys. They have a pretty good selection at the store in my area.

Either go to your local paint supply shop like others have said or get it online.

Did a quick search on ebay and found this.

Finishmasters for commercial papers. This is where I get the majority of papers. Sheets, discs all types.

For finer papers, you just can't beat Micro-Mesh papers which can go down to 12,000 (or 2 microns) which is very very fine papers. I use the ultra-fine papers for final work after orange-peel leveling. Finish will look like a mirror.
