Business Insurance Carriers

I was wondering if some of you that use business insurance would mind sharing what companies and type of policies that you use. Is there any specific coverages that you recommend? I will be operating a shop at first and then maybe mobile too ? Thanks for your input.
 
When I was insured last year I was using State Farm with business liability coverage for $1 Million as a mobile detailer. Think it ran around $1200 for the year here in Southern Maryland.
 
I carry both garage keepers legal and garage liability. My understanding of it is (and forgive me for not remembering the particulars of each), is that you need both types of policies in order to cover not only the contents of yours shop, but the cars in the shop, the cars while you are driving them and the potential reprocussions of any incidents that happen while in them. My rates are approx. $3800/year for $3 million coverage. I am on Long Island, NY
