Brand new Fiat 124 Spider Abarth

Had a pretty unique vehicle in for a new car coating package and to fix the usual dealership defects (DISO). The client is already well versed in properly maintaining a car via 2 buckets method and proper drying etc. He just wanted it to be a bit easier and to stay looking nice. He also wasn`t too thrilled about how it looked upon delivery from the dealership.


Prep/Decon


Ammo Frothe, Nanoskin fine grade mitt, IGL Delete water spot remover


Correction- One step with Menzerna PF2500, Rupes Mark ll 21mm, Megs microfiber pad, Adams swirl killer mini with megs microfiber pad


Wheels/Tires- Prepped with IGL Precoat, Sprayed with IGL Eclipse High temp industrial coating. Wheel liners and calipers also sprayed with Eclipse. Tires dressed with Hyper dressing


Convertible top- Coated with IGL Fabric coating


Plastic trim- Sprayed with IGL Eclipse


LSP- IGL Kenzo on the paint and matte finishes.

pretty nasty scratch that needed to be damp sanded with 2000 grit and 3k grit Mirka disks

Was that the mf finishing pads or mf cutting pads?

Have seen some impresive outcome from the Meguiars mf finishing pads. I have some put never had comed to use them LOL.
