Going to live an in Aparment at college that doesnt allow washing cars with running water so I was wondering what is the best waterless car wash?

Optimum No Rinse Wash & Shine

Quick & Easy Wash

Poorboy's Spray & Wipe

Sounds like you need a RINSELESS wash.

Rinseless Wash: For Bucket washing without a hose.

DP 4 in 1

QEW

Opt No Rinse Wash

Waterless Wash: For very light dirt, maybe a little more then a QD

PB Spray & Wipe

DP Waterless wash

Optimum is noticably better than QEW. Leaves the paint slicker, cleans glass better and seems to leave the paint with a bit more pop.

Thats what I needed to know. Thanks for your help.

I use QEW and throw in about an ounce of FK #425.

Works greats and leaves the car very slick. No reason for me to try PB or Opt. when this method works fine.

I was adding an ounce of Quikshine or Long Haul's Truck Gloss to QEW and ONR alone is noticably better. ;)

I didn't think it possible to improve on QEW. However, when Mike Phillips was here in February for a training class, he said Meguiars had looked into producing a QEW style product as their chemists found a few aspects they felt they could improve on. However, the term "no rinse" would tend to worry the average consumer and Meguiars wasn't sure they could make their version "bubba-proof".

QEW has been around quite a while, I've been using it more than 13 years. Looks like some newcomers are ready to take a run at them. In the end, we all benefit from the competition with better new products or improved old products. :)
