Best interior stain remover I've ever used...

Just thought that I'd share a little secret product I use in my mobile detailing business :D

Detail King "Spot Shot" Stain Remover

It's a grease/stains/etc. remover for interior upholstery and carpets. It works unbelievably well!

It comes in an aerosol can. You simply spray it on the spot, let it soak for about 30 seconds, they wipe clean with an MF towel.

I would have left a review in the reviews section of the board but Detail King isn't a listed vendor. I put in a request for them to be listed, but no results.

If anyone has any questions, by all means, ask.:)

Is that just rebranded Spot Shot in the orange can?

It is supposed to be an excellent product.

Man, that Spot Shot is something else! I used it for the first time last weekend

I couldn't believe what it could get out!

:up

I'm doing a coffee-stained Toyota Avalon tomorrow!

I did a 98 BMW 528i with some pretty bad coffee stains on the carpeting and the heated bissel little green machine and some APC+ got them out perfectly.

So...is this just repackaged from the orange can you can get in the stores??? I know I have seen the orange can before....just cant remember what stores I saw it in!!!

As far as the DK Spot Shot vs. the orange can spot shot...I don't know. But I'll try to find out for everyone as far as if it is the same stuff. I'll give Nick Vacco at Detail King an email and see what he says.

just wanted to chime in and say i bought some of this tuff (orange can) at home depot and it works very, very well. i used it on a few old stains i had around the house and it has been very effective so far.

I stopped by Home Depot looking for Folex tonight but couldnt find it so I picked up a can of Spot Shot instead (I think its made by Zep). As I walked to the self-checkouts, I turned and saw a table with bottles and gallons of Folex. The spot shot was $3.xx while the Folex was $4.xx for a 32oz spray bottle (came out to be $5.26 total) and $16.xx for gallon size. I sat for a few seconds then decided to get the Folex instead because of another member's recommendation.

Sounds like Lifter1 that you can buy at any Advance Auto Parts store. If it's the same stuff, it is ABSOLUTELY awesome. The stain will usually disappear AS you are spraying it. Also it used to be packaged in a orange and silver can.
