We have had nothing like so many others as far as winter storms. That being said, for Dallas it has been dang cold! Plus huge swings in temp. This weekend we got a break and Sunday it was sunny and 70! So I took the opportunity to clean the Fiat.
I washed it with Optimum No Rinse Wash & Wax. The car was dirty, especially the rear, but not excessively so.
I started at the top and ended on the wheels. Then applied a coat of PB Bold n Bright tire dressing. The wheel wells were coated with Griot's Garage Undercarriage Spray.
The interior was not very dirty so it was quick to clean. Sonax Dashboard Cleaner always works great on the dash and console. PB Natural Look on the door panels and leather seats to round off the job.
A pleasant surprise was the new floor mats. I bought a pair of Aries all weather mats. They looked dirty, especially with light colored dirt on the dark surface. Almost looked worn on the driver side. I was a little worried how they would clean up. After a vacuum I sprayed a little PB Spray & Wipe . A quick buff with an MF and the matts look like new!
Since the Fiat is small and did not require polishing or extensive detailing I was done in short order. So I took a few minutes extra to apply a quick coat of PB Quick Wax Plus QD. I rarely use this product and I don't know why. It is so easy to apply!
Windows cleaned with Meguiars Perfect Clarity Glass Cleaner. It is good, but once this bottle is done I will try something else. Stoners is better IMO. Any recommendations for excellent glass cleaner?
