3M Finesse-it vs Perfect-it III Machine Polish

I can't get 3M SMR over here and I have been told to use

Perfect-it III Machine Polish instead.



I have also seen my bodyshop use Finesse-it to finish my hood off with and get some mop marks out with.



Any insight to these to products and which one is more abrasive than the other, and which one to use?
